Rabbi Rikki Arad

President and Co-Founder

Throughout her career, Rabbi Arad has overseen complex synagogue and nonprofit operations, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led fundraising and business-development initiatives, supervised large professional teams, and worked closely with clergy, boards, volunteers, donors, and community partners.

She has also led donor missions to Israel, cultivated relationships with philanthropic institutions and individual contributors, and developed leadership-training programs for nonprofit and corporate organizations in the United States and abroad.

Rabbi Arad holds a Master of Arts in Education and Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Jewish Studies from American Jewish University. She received rabbinic ordination in Dallas, Texas, and earned a Fellowship in Synagogue Administration from the North American Association of Synagogue Executives.
