^{Rabbi Rikki Arad is an accomplished Jewish communal leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding synagogues and nonprofit organizations, developing philanthropic partnerships, and building strong, engaged communities.}

^{Throughout her career, Rabbi Arad has overseen complex synagogue and nonprofit operations, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led fundraising and business-development initiatives, supervised large professional teams, and worked closely with clergy, boards, volunteers, donors, and community partners.}

^{She has also led donor missions to Israel, cultivated relationships with philanthropic institutions and individual contributors, and developed leadership-training programs for nonprofit and corporate organizations in the United States and abroad.}

^{Rabbi Arad holds a Master of Arts in Education and Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Jewish Studies from American Jewish University. She received rabbinic ordination in Dallas, Texas, and earned a Fellowship in Synagogue Administration from the North American Association of Synagogue Executives.}
